In this ground-up construction near the coast, Realm sought to embrace a beach-house vibe, while infusing the home with warmth, interest, and comfortability. With a modified open floor plan and a flood of natural light in the many windows and doors, the finishes and decor selected are neutral and layered. Lines are blurred between indoor and outdoor with natural textures and native materials; punches of florals and botanicals keep it earthy and sweet. Durable materials and performance fabrics were selected to absorb the many friends and extended family who come to visit, while custom designed cabinetry maximizes storage for beach towels, linens and all things entertainment.
