This majestic mid-1800’s home had been lovingly restored and cared for through the years, however the new owners, having moved from the city to the suburbs, wanted it to feel more youthful and functional for their young family. Determined to honor the home's classic architecture, Realm focused on highlighting its one of a kind details with stylish moments all whilst providing ease of day to day living. The construction scope included a complete remodel of the primary bathroom and re-design of new, enlarged kitchen island and coffee bar, as well as a complete overhaul of all fixtures and decor. The end result is a home that is curated and sophisticated, welcoming and relaxed.
